Usually Marcus, Priya and Daniel between them, occasionally with a guest contributor who has been given the writer's brief in person rather than by email. The benefit of writing that way is that the pieces tend to be honest about what the industry is really like — including the parts we are not proud of — rather than repeating the polished line that appears on a service page.
The cost of writing that way is that we publish less often than a marketing schedule would like. When a piece goes out it has been read by at least two people on the floor and, if it touches licensing or responsible service, by our duty manager as well.
