Agreement And Scope
These terms govern every booking made with Offervoyager, whether for accommodation, a corporate meeting room, a private dining event or any combination of those services. By confirming a booking you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone travelling or attending with you.
Where a signed events agreement exists for a corporate booking, that agreement takes precedence over these general terms for the specific points it covers. Everything else continues to apply.
Bookings And Payment
All bookings are confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and received the required deposit. Standard deposit terms are as follows:
- Accommodation — a thirty percent deposit secures the booking, with the balance due seven days before arrival.
- Corporate events — full payment is due fourteen days before the event date unless a credit account has been approved.
- Private dining and functions — a fifty percent deposit is required, with the balance settled on the day.
We accept bank transfer, major credit cards and, for approved corporate accounts, purchase orders with an Australian Business Number. Card surcharges apply at the rates published on our payment page.
Cancellations And Changes
Cancellation fees depend on how much notice you give and which service you have booked:
- Thirty days or more before arrival — full refund of any deposit paid.
- Between thirty and seven days — the deposit is retained but no further charge applies.
- Inside seven days — the full booking value is charged.
- Corporate events — cancellations inside fourteen days are charged in full, though we will offer a one-time credit for a future date.
Changing dates rather than cancelling is usually free of charge outside the fourteen-day window, subject to availability. We will always try to work with you.
Guest Conduct And House Rules
We want everyone to enjoy their time with us, which means a few straightforward rules apply throughout the property:
- Guests must be eighteen years or older to make a booking. Certain areas, including the penthouse suite and the evening bar, are exclusively for adults.
- Quiet hours run from 11pm to 7am. Parties, loud music and unauthorised gatherings are not permitted in accommodation rooms.
- Smoking, vaping and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
- Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund, and may be reported to police where appropriate.
Liability And Insurance
Offervoyager is not liable for loss, damage or injury to personal property brought onto the premises, except where that loss arises from our own negligence. We strongly recommend that guests and corporate clients hold their own travel, contents and event insurance.
Where we supply catering, alcohol or chauffeur services through third-party partners, those partners maintain their own public liability cover. Details are available on request.
Governing Law And Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement continues in full.
