The rate you see on this page is the rate you pay. We do not add festival surcharges, event-weekend markups or any other temporary premium.

The penthouse at $1,850 to $2,420 per night is not the cheapest way to stay in Brisbane, and we would be embarrassed to pretend otherwise. What it is, in real terms, is two hundred square metres of internal space, three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a butler team, and a terrace view that nothing else on the river matches at this price point. If you split the cost between four guests, which most bookings do, you are paying hotel-suite money for a private residence in the middle of the CBD.
The events floor is a different equation. Our Full Day Conference at $2,650 for up to thirty delegates works out to $88 per head in a fully equipped room with catering, AV support and a technician. Booking the same agenda through a traditional hotel events team in this city, and getting a comparable standard, usually lands between $135 and $180 per head. We are not the cheapest events venue in Brisbane, and we are nowhere near the most expensive either. We are simply honest about what each dollar buys.
