Executive Conference & Board Retreat
Offervoyager hosts board meetings, strategy weekends and small industry conferences on level three of Heritage Lanes, right in the middle of Brisbane's CBD. Three soundproof rooms, a dedicated AV technician on standby, and an in-house kitchen that doesn't do soggy sandwiches. We take bookings from eight to eighty delegates and run the whole day like a well-drilled operation.
Built for meetings that actually finish on time
Level three was stripped back to the studs in 2022 and rebuilt with one goal — remove every reason a meeting runs over. Soundproofed walls to STC 55, adjustable lighting presets, and a support team that stays out of your eyeline until you press the call button. The coffee machine is a Linea PB and it gets cleaned three times a day.
- Three configurable rooms from eight to eighty delegates, each with its own climate control
- Dedicated AV technician on site for the full duration of every booking
- Catering prepared in our own kitchen on the same floor, never outsourced
- Direct fibre line with 940 Mbps symmetrical upload and download, plus a backup 5G router
Boardroom One
Seats sixteen in board layout with integrated 86-inch displayThe numbers behind our events floor
Everything below is pulled from our 2024 booking system. No rounding up, no marketing polish — just what actually happened on level three.
Twelve years of corporate floors, one lesson
We opened our first meeting room in 2013 above a Fortitude Valley coffee roaster and learned fast that the technology is only half the job. The other half is having a human being in the room who knows which HDMI port has failed before and can swap the cable in ninety seconds without apologising three times.
Our events division now runs ten people, all full-time, all trained on the same systems we use in the room. If your keynote speaker wants to test a laptop the night before, we're here. If your CFO needs a printer at 6:30am, we can do that too.
Always-On AV Crew
Every booking includes a technician from setup to final pack-down, not just a phone number to call.
Same-Floor Kitchen
Hot food arrives within six minutes of the scheduled break, plated by our own staff.
Privacy Protocol
Signed NDAs for all floor staff, paper shredded on-site, and rooms swept for devices between bookings.
Transparent Invoicing
One line-item quote before you sign, no surcharge surprises afterwards, invoices issued within 24 hours.
Three room-and-catering bundles
All bundles cover a full day from 8am to 5pm, include AV support, and are priced for the whole room, not per head. Extra hours are billed at $240 per hour.

Six stages from enquiry to pack-down
We don't run events off a template. Each booking gets a working document that both sides edit until everyone is happy with the shape of the day.
Initial Brief
Submit the form below with your expected delegate count, agenda shape and any technical requirements.
Room Recommendation
Within one business day we send a written proposal naming the room, seating plan and catering options.
Site Walkthrough
Most organisers visit in person. We'll run you through the AV setup and introduce the technician assigned to your day.
Contract And Payment
A two-page agreement confirms the room, the price and the times. Full payment is due fourteen days before the event.
Final Run Sheet
Three days out we lock the schedule, the catering numbers, and any last-minute presenter requests into one shared document.
Event Day And Wrap
Your technician is on site from 7am, the events manager checks in at every break, and we clear the room within thirty minutes of finish.
Snapshots from level three
Six images covering the rooms, the catering setup, and the shared spaces your delegates will move between during the day.

If you're comparing venues and need a specific figure, call the events desk on the number in the footer and ask for the level-three manager.
Contact UsTell us about your event and we'll come back with a plan
Give us the basics and the events team will respond within one business day with a room recommendation, a written quote, and a proposed running order.
Responsible Service
Offervoyager operates a fully licensed venue and takes responsible service of alcohol as seriously as our corporate clients take their agendas. All bar service at evening functions is supervised by a certified duty manager, and we reserve the right to refuse or limit alcohol service to any delegate showing signs of intoxication. Tea, coffee and water are always free and unlimited on the event floor. The premises are strictly for guests and delegates aged eighteen years or over during evening functions. We also ask that organisers brief their attendees that public areas of the building are shared with hotel guests, so conversations in the lobby and lifts should stay at conversational volume.
